The Saudi Coffee Company signs an agreement to support and develop the coffee sector in the Kingdom
The Saudi Coffee Company recently signed a cooperation agreement with the Arab Institute for Coffee, with the aim of developing the coffee sector through training, qualification and research services and qualifying certified trainers and specialists, where national cadres will be trained in all aspects of the coffee value chain and provide a distinguished and highly qualified local workforce, in addition to Enhancing joint cooperation between them to support and develop the coffee sector in the Kingdom.
The agreement was signed by the Executive Director of Human Resources of the Saudi Coffee Company, Ghassan Nasser, and the CEO of the Arab Coffee Institute, Al-Muhannad Al-Maroui, in the presence of a number of officials from both sides.
Ghassan Nasser said that the agreement comes within the framework of the company’s strategies, emanating from the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, aimed at qualifying and developing national cadres, which helps create more job opportunities for Saudi youth in this field.
The CEO of the Arab Institute for Coffee, Al-Muhannad Al-Maroui, stated that, as part of this agreement, advanced training courses will be organized in all aspects of the coffee value chain for 1,000 citizens, which vary between regular and intensive training, and include practical and theoretical training. An accredited training certificate will be provided to students at the end of the training courses. .
