Manchester United is racing against time to sign Egyptian Marmoush sports

Press reports revealed that English Premier League club Manchester United is keen to sign Eintracht Frankfurt star Omar Marmoush in order to miss the opportunity for Liverpool, which is also interested in his services.

Marmoush’s good form attracted the attention of many European clubs across the continent, especially in the English Premier League, where his name was linked to Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester United.

Other clubs, including Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain, also expressed their interest in the Egyptian player.

The Sun newspaper reported that Manchester United sent scouts to monitor the Egyptian international, who is performing at remarkable levels in the German League.

Marmoush succeeded in scoring 15 goals and assisting 11 others, while participating in 18 matches in various tournaments this season.

Marmoush is competing for the title of top scorer in the German League with English player Harry Kane, Bayern Munich striker, in addition to topping the list of the most assists with 7 goalscoring contributions so far.

According to the German Sky Sports channel, Manchester United could obtain Al-Masry’s services before the Reds.

It was revealed that the club’s management will move next January to sign Marmoush, whose value is worth 63.86 million dollars, after Sporting Lisbon requested 105 million in exchange for waiving the Swedish Victor Geukeris.

Marmoush signed for Eintracht from Wolfsburg on a free deal in 2023 and his contract expires in the summer of 2027.
