Warner Brisser Discovery has announced its division into two public companies by next year, which will lead to the separation of its TV networks from its broadcast services.

And “Warner Brazerz Discovery”, today, Monday, said that her work will be divided into two companies, the first is the company “Streaming & Studios” that will include “Warner Brisses Televigen”, and “Warner Bracez Motion Becus”, DC studios, and “HPO”, “HB or Max”, in addition to film libraries And its series.

Warner Bracez Discovery added that the second company, “Global Nitrox” will include CNN and TNT Sports in the United States, and Discovery channels, which are the most important free channels throughout Europe, as well as digital products such as “Discovery Plus” and the “Blecher Report” platform.

Warner Brazerz Discovery, CEO David Zassallav, will serve as CEO Stream & Studios, while Warner Brosque Discovery’s financial manager, Junar Fidenfelis, will be the CEO of Global Network. Both will continue in his current position until the separation process is done.

The shares of the company increased by more than 9% before the opening of the market.

“By working as two separate and developed companies in the future, we give these two pioneering brands more focus and strategic flexibility that they need to compete with the utmost effectiveness in light of the advanced media scene today,” Zaslav said in a statement.

The division is expected to be completed by the middle of next year, but it still needs the final approval of the board of directors of “Warner Brisser Discovery”.
