Netanyahu apologizes to Qatar

Agencies – Washington:
On Monday, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu apologized to Qatari Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdul Rahman for the strike that targeted Hamas leaders in Doha, in a telephone conversation from the White House, according to a diplomat.
The diplomat said: Netanyahu expressed his regret for violating Qatar’s sovereignty and killing a Qatari security component in the strike that was carried out earlier this month.
On September 9, Israel targeted a residential alive in Doha, while Hamas leaders were looking at an American ceasefire proposal in Gaza, while President Trump at the time expressed his dissatisfaction with the strike.
