European allegations about a possible Russian attack on Europe are “lies”

Moscow – Agencies:
Russian President Vladimir Putin described statements about the possibility of Russia launching an attack on Europe as “lies and nonsense.” Putin said during an expanded meeting of the Russian Defense Ministry: “In Europe, they are instilling fears in people’s minds about the inevitability of a clash with Russia and raising their degree of hysteria, claiming the need to prepare for a major war. I have said repeatedly that this is a lie and delirium, pure delirium.” President Putin stressed that these allegations are baseless, referring to repeated Western warnings of a potential Russian threat to European countries.
It is noteworthy that tensions between Moscow and the West have been rising since the start of the Russian military operation in Ukraine, as NATO countries continue to strengthen their defense preparations on their eastern borders, claiming to deter any possible Russian attack.
