Aramco leads record 2021 profits of $197bn for GCC-listed firms: Kamco Invest

RIYADH: At the closing bell for the start of the week on Sunday, the main Saudi index, TASI, was 0.60 percent higher, at 13,682, while the parallel market, Nomu, slid 9.2 percent to reach 24,193. 


Saudi Industrial Export Co, also known as SIECO, gained 7.62 percent to lead the gainers, followed by Aseer Trading, Tourism and Manufacturing Co., which finished the session up 7.41 percent. 

Jarir Marketing Co. was down 3.01 percent to lead the fallers.
Aramco, the largest player in the Saudi oil market, was down 0.58 percent at the end of the trading session. 

In the banking sector, the Saudi National Bank slid 0.66 percent, while Al Rajhi Bank edged up 3.62 percent. 

In the capital goods sector, Saudi Arabian Amiantit Co. gained 1.43 percent. 

Almarai, a leading player in the food and beverage sector, fell 0.58 percent on Sunday. 


As of 3.40 p.m Saudi time, Brent crude was priced at $111.7 per barrel, while the West Texas Intermediate was at $107 a barrel.
