“The heinous crime of burning that shook the Saudi street”… Retribution from the killer of Bandar Al-Qarhadi
Today, the Saudi Ministry of Interior issued a statement regarding the implementation of the death penalty for one of the perpetrators in the Makkah Al-Mukarramah region.

God Almighty said: (The recompense of those who wage war against God and His Messenger and strive to spread corruption in the land is only that they be killed or crucified or their hands cut off. Barakat bin Jibril bin Barakat Al-Atifi Al-Kinani – a Saudi national – killed Bandar bin Taha bin Muhammad Al-Qarhadi – a Saudi national – by pouring gasoline on the victim inside his vehicle and setting it on fire, causing the victim to burn and his death as a result, and causing the burning of four cars And his possession and abuse of methamphetamine.
The security authorities were able to arrest the aforementioned perpetrator, and the investigation with him resulted in charging him with committing his crime, and by referring him to the competent court, a document was issued against him proving his guilt in what was attributed to him.
Given the ugliness and heinousness of the crime, and the fact that killing by burning is torture for the murdered, and the perpetrator’s failure to help the victim, which indicates the rootedness of criminality in himself, the death penalty was passed as a ta’zir, and the ruling was upheld by the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court, and a royal order was issued to enforce what was decided by Sharia and was supported by its authority. .
The death sentence, as a ta’zir, was implemented by the offender, Barakat bin Jibril bin Barakat Al-Atifi Al-Atifi Al-Kinani – a Saudi national – on Thursday, 11/26/1444 AH, corresponding to 6/15/2023 AD, in the Makkah Al-Mukarramah region.
And the Ministry of the Interior, announcing this to confirm the keenness of the Kingdom’s government to establish security, achieve justice, and implement God’s rulings for everyone who transgresses the innocent or spills their blood, and at the same time warns everyone who tempts himself to commit such criminal acts that the Sharia punishment will be his fate.
