The embarrassing situation took place in the presence of about 7,000 people, who are the guests of the party that was held in Modi’s honor, where a band from the old guard of the United States Army played patriotic music for him on the South Lawn of the White House, according to the “New York Post” website.
And when the first notes of the Indian national anthem started, Biden raised his right hand to his left chest, and left it there for about 15 seconds. Then he slowly lowered it, apparently realizing that the bands weren’t playing the American national anthem.
The president was exposed toEmbarrassing situations Many in the past, such as forgetting some of the names of officials, or making protocol errors, or slips of the tongue when talking to leaders from around the world.

Looking forward to a new term
It is noteworthy that Biden celebrated his 80th birthday last November 20 (2022), and he will be 82 at the beginning of his second term if he runs and wins it, and 86 at the end of it, which is a very sensitive issue in his Democratic camp.
Only a third of American citizens believe that the current president deserves re-election in 2024, while the rest prefer to see someone else in office, according to a poll published by CNN last April.
As a March poll showed, Biden’s overall approval rating as head of state fell to 42% from 45% in January.
