An exchange of fire near the US Consulate in Jeddah

Makkah Al-Mukarramah Police announced, on Wednesday, the arrest of a person traveling in a car near the US Consulate in Jeddah, carrying a firearm.

And she added in a statement that the security forces moved and exchanged fire with the weapon bearer, which led to his death.

She also added that one of the workers in the private guards of Nepalese nationality had suffered an injury that led to his death.

She pointed out that the accident occurred at 6:45 pm on Wednesday.
