Protesters in France use weapons delivered by the West to Kiev
The official spokeswoman for the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, announced today, Thursday, that protesters in France are using weapons that were handed over to Kiev by the West.
“backfire”
Zakharova indicated during a press conference that the weapons and funds allocated directly by the West, NATO and France to support “the nationalists, the Nazis and the fascists on the territory of Ukraine, backfired on them, as they did not only appear on their lands, but are used against their people.”
She also added: “The weapons delivered to Kiev end up in the hands of the same protesters and are used against the police there, in France.”
Violent protests
Violent protests erupted in Paris and French cities after a 17-year-old teenager, Nael, was killed by a traffic policeman.
The total losses resulting from the riots and protests in France amounted to about 55 million euros.
On Monday, the French Ministry of the Interior said that the intensity of the demonstrations in various French regions had subsided, and calm had prevailed in cities that had witnessed tensions and clashes in the past nights.
