In the wake of announcing the termination of the grain export agreement, Russian forces launched night strikes on Thursday on coastal areas in southern Ukraine that include facilities that were used to export grain.

Kiev accuses Moscow of deliberately targeting agricultural facilities and ports to impede the resumption of export of these products.

On Thursday night, Russian “Caliber” missiles targeted the Odessa region for the fourth consecutive night, according to local governor Oleg Kipper.

And the Russian army stressed Thursday that it had destroyed sites for the production and storage of naval marches in Odessa, and ammunition and fuel depots in Mykolaiv.
