Global Press: Gaza lives a collective shock after 15 months of bombing policy

International media and newspapers have dealt with the repercussions of the recent war on the Gaza Strip, as well as reactions to US President Donald Trump’s proposals on the displacement of the sector’s residents, and international policies affecting the region.
The New York Times revealed in an investigation of the collective shock experienced by the people of the Gaza Strip after 15 months of Israeli bombing.
The investigation indicated that the long -awaited ceasefire came with bitterness and terror, as the people face many difficulties in extracting the bodies of their loved ones from under the rubble and identifying them.
The newspaper added that the size of the pain is large due to the loss and the deformities that the bodies were exposed to, which makes the burial process in dignity a great humanitarian challenge.
For its part, the Israeli newspaper Haaretz described Trump’s threats to Hamas as “crazy” and advised not to be drawn behind it despite the temptations it carries.
She emphasized that the prisoner exchange deal is the only opportunity to restore the “hostages” prisoners, noting that Trump’s request to release all prisoners at once contradicts the existing agreements, and it is difficult for Hamas to agree to it.
In the Guardian newspaper, the report of Gaza residents’s feelings towards Trump’s plans to deport them and seize the devastating sector.
The British newspaper report indicated that the Gaza population does not see Trump’s proposal just a joke, but they are convinced that he will fail as previous projects have failed.
“Just as the last war and attempts to displacement failed, the Trump project will also fail,” the report writer quoted a resident as saying.
A bomb confused the Arabs
For its part, the Washington Times described Trump’s proposals about Gaza as a “bomb” that confused the Arabs.
She pointed out that the American proposal faces severe opposition in the region “but the problem lies in the lack of a tangible Arab alternative to it.” “In the absence of a clear Arab plan, the White House will continue to present these heinous ideas,” it quoted a Gulf source as saying.
In the American Journal of Policy, an article called for an end to the German biased policy of Israel.
He pointed out that this policy stems from Berlin’s desire to atone for what it called historical atrocities, but it may lead to it to participate in new atrocities.
The author of the article added that Germany, through its military and political support for Israel, is indirectly participating in the war on Gaza.
