The United Nations confirms Israel’s disability

Washington – SPA:
The Secretary -General of the United Nations, Antonio Guterres, affirmed the disability of the Israeli occupation, the arrival of aid to the Gaza Strip, noting that more than a month has passed without any assistance to the Strip.
“The United Nations agencies and their partners are ready to provide relief, but the recently proposed approval mechanisms from the Israeli occupation authorities regarding the delivery of aid threaten to impose more relief and reduce it greatly.”
He explained that the United Nations will not participate in any measure that does not fully respect the basic principles, calling for ensuring unimaginable humanitarian access, and giving protection to all the humanitarian and guaranteed humanitarian workers under international law.
The Secretary -General called for an independent investigation into the killing of humanitarian workers, including United Nations employees.
It is reported that at least 408 humanitarian workers, of whom more than 280 UNRWA have been killed in Gaza since October 2023.
