Egyptian international Omar Marmoush (Manchester City player) won the “Guinness” award for the best goal in the English Premier League 2024-2025 season, the Premier League.
Marmoush scored his first team’s goal against Bournemouth in the 37th round of the league competition at Al -Ittihad, after receiving the ball immediately after the middle line, and set out towards the penalty area, before he launched a powerful and curved shot from a distance of 30 yards that settled in the upper corner of the opposing team.
With this coronation, this Egyptian international star-who is making the road to fame quickly-has become the first player for the Manchester City team to receive the award that started the 2016-2017 season, and only 8 players won.
Marmoush’s goal surpassed the rest of his other competitors:
- Cole Palmer and Nicholas Jackson (Chelsea).

Marmoush joined Manchester City last January from Eintracht Frankfurt, and his goal is against Bournemouth, the eighth and last of him with the team, the 2024-2025 season, to conclude a strong and promising start in his new career in Manchester.
The 26 -year -old, with the heavenly team, played a total of 22 games in all competitions, 15 in the English Premier League, 4 in the Cup and 2 in the Champions League.
