The Associated Press accused the assistants of President Donald Trump of challenging a judicial order of re -allowing her to attend press interviews at the White House, after a judge concluded that the agency had been subjected to illegal retaliatory measures.

The Associated Press lawyers said in a note to the court today, Wednesday, that the White House continues to exclude its journalists from the mini group from the correspondents accompanying the president and attending meetings in the Oval Office, in a violation of a matter issued by the American Partial Court judge, Trevor McFaden, stipulating that restrictions will be filed until a lawsuit is decided to nullify the decision.

McFaden concluded that the White House practiced a discrimination against the agency because it continues to refer to the Gulf of Mexico in its news coverage instead of the Gulf of America as Trump ordered.

The court said that the White House probably violated the protection of freedom of expression under the American constitution.

The White House challenged McFaden’s ruling before a federal appeal court, and the court is scheduled to listen tomorrow, Thursday, to temporarily suspend the ruling.

The Associated Press said that the new policy is a clear violation of the previous matter, and that it is an excuse for more revenge on it.

The agency’s complaint does not urge a specific action, but it invites the judge to ensure the immediate compliance of the matter.
