We have not received any clarification from America regarding the nuclear testing statements

The Kremlin said it had not received any clarification from the United States regarding the statements regarding a possible resumption of nuclear testing. Last month, US President Donald Trump ordered the US military to immediately resume nuclear weapons testing.

But he did not clarify whether he meant testing nuclear-capable missiles or resuming tests involving nuclear explosions, something neither the United States nor Russia has done in more than three decades. Moscow said it wanted Washington to clarify the position.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters that Moscow has not yet received any clarification from the American side regarding the type of tests that Trump intended.
