An upcoming European decision to impose more sanctions on Iran

Agencies – Brussels:
French Foreign Minister Jean-Noel Barrow said that France, Britain and Germany, European Troika, will activate the Snap Back mechanism to return the automatic return of United Nations sanctions against Iran by the end of August- (August) if a nuclear agreement is not reached before that.
He added to reporters before a meeting of the European Union’s foreign ministers in Brussels: “France and its partners … They have justified the re -application of the global ban on weapons, banks and nuclear equipment that was raised 10 years ago. Without a strong, tangible and reliable commitment from Iran, we will do so by the end of August at the latest. ” European countries threaten to activate the “Snap Back” mechanism, which the Iranians call the “trigger mechanism”, according to Resolution 2231, which ends in October next. It allows the re -imposition of international sanctions on Tehran if it retracted its fulfillment of its obligations.
