Listing government debt instruments in Saudi Arabia, at 4.7 billion riyals

Today, Wednesday, the Saudi Stock Exchange Company, Tadawul, agreed to list debt instruments issued by the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, at an amount of about 4.69 billion riyals.

The Saudi Stock Exchange Company, Tadawul, announced its approval of the request submitted by the Ministry of Finance to list debt instruments issued by the Saudi government from a category previously listed in accordance with the listing rules, with a total value of about 4.69 billion riyals.

She said that debt instruments include an increase in issue No. 12-07-2020 “Tadawul Code: 5302”, with a value of 4.09 billion riyals, to reach 12.04 billion riyals.

It also includes an increase in issue No. 15-03-2022 “Tadawul Code: 5323” with a value of 605.01 million riyals, to reach 15.76 billion riyals.

She added that the increase will be included starting on Thursday, December 22, 2022.
