Tabuk Agricultural Company signs a contract with Wafra Industries to sell industrial potatoes for 14 million riyals


The Tabuk Agricultural Development Company announced that it had signed a contract with Wafra for Industry and Development at a value of 14.03 million riyals, excluding transportation costs and value-added tax.

The company said in a statement on “Tadawul Saudi Arabia”, today, Thursday, that the contract includes the sale of industrial potatoes to the Tabuk Agricultural Company to the Wafra Company for Industry and Development.

She explained that the two parties agreed that Tabuk Company would supply Wafra with quantities of its industrial potato product, according to the supply schedule agreed upon in the contract. This contract will be a continuation of the dealings between the two companies in various fields.

She added that this contract enters into force as of the date it is signed by both parties, and is valid until 02/28/2024 AD.

She indicated that this contract is expected to have a positive financial impact on the company’s financial results for the third and fourth quarters of 2023 AD and the first quarter of 2024 AD.
