Raoum Trading Company announced the decision of the Board of Directors to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the first half of 2022, at a rate of 10%.
The company said in a statement on Tadawul Saudi Arabia today, Tuesday, that the total value of dividends amounted to 6.25 million riyals, distributed over 6.25 million shares.
She explained that the share of the share in the distribution amounts to 1 riyal.
She added that the eligibility for dividends will be for shareholders who own shares at the end of trading on Thursday 05-06-1444 AH corresponding to 12-29-2022 AD and are registered in the company’s shareholder register at the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the maturity date.
She indicated that the distribution date is 06-16-1444 AH, corresponding to 01-09-2023 AD.
