The Saudi Market Authority approves the registration and offering of 4 companies in “Nomu”

The Saudi Capital Market Authority approved the request of 4 companies, namely “Tam Development Company”, “Knowledge Network for Computers”, “Waja” Company, and “Al Munif Trading, Industry, Agriculture and Contracting Company”, to register and offer their shares in the parallel market “Nomu”.

According to data from the Capital Market Authority today, Thursday, the request of “Tam Development Company” to register its shares was approved and 585.6 thousand shares were offered, representing 16% of its shares in “Nomu”.

The Authority approved the request of the “Knowledge Network for Computers” company to register its shares and offer 700,000 shares representing 20% ​​of its shares in “Nomu”.

It also approved Waja’s request to register its shares and offer 455,000 shares representing 13% of its shares in Nomu.

The Authority approved the request of Al Munif Trading, Industry, Agriculture and Contracting Company to register its shares and offer 760,000 shares representing 20% ​​of its shares in Nomu.
