Derayah Financial Company announced the distribution of cash dividends to the unit holders of Derayah REIT Fund for the maturity period for the fourth quarter of 2022 AD, with a value of 15 million riyals.
The company said in a statement on “Saudi Tadawul”, today, Sunday, that the eligibility for cash distributions will be at the end of the trading day 01/15/2023 AD, for unit holders registered in the register of unit holders with the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the date merit.
She explained that the number of existing units on the basis of which cash distributions will be made is 107.5 million units.
She indicated that the distributions will be paid within 39 working days from the maturity date, which will correspond to 03/12/2023 AD.
