Takween Advanced Industries Company announced the approval of the Board of Directors to appoint Majed Mazen Nofal as CEO of the company.
And the company said in a statement on “Saudi Tadawul”, today, Sunday, that it is scheduled to start working as of tomorrow, corresponding to January 9, 2023.
It is worth noting that Majid Mazen Nofal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from King Saud University, in addition to experience as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer.
Majid Mazen Nofal has distinguished experience in corporate management, where he worked in auditing and assurance services for 9 years, then joined the Western Bakeries Company “Lusine” in Jeddah in the position of Financial Director for 7 years, and he was appointed as CEO of the Western Bakeries Company after the acquisition of Almarai Company. And he continued in this position for about 4 years, according to the company.
In 2010, Majed Mazen Nofal was appointed as Head of Central Procurement for Almarai Company, and he continued in this position for 7 years. In September 2017, he was appointed as General Manager of New Business, and on January 1, 2020, he was appointed CEO of Almarai Company. He was also appointed in late 2020 as CEO of the Pure Drinks Industry Company for a year, then in late 2021 he was appointed CEO of the daily food company “Maestro Pizza”, according to the company.
