Al-Moammar announces the distribution of 12% cash dividends for the second half

Al Moammar Information Systems Company “MES” announced the decision of the Board of Directors to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the second half of the year 2022 AD, at a rate of 12%.

The company said in a statement on “Saudi Tadawul”, today, Tuesday, that it was decided to distribute 36 million riyals, to 30 million shares, and the share of the share from the distribution is 1.2 riyals.

She indicated that the eligibility and distribution date will be announced later.

In another context, Al Moammar Information Systems Company announced the approval of the Board of Directors on the social responsibility policy for the years 2023 AD, 2024 AD and 2025 AD.

She added that it will be presented during the next General Assembly meeting for approval, the date of which will be announced later. The policy aims to donate to Ehsan platform on the basis of 1.5% of net profits annually.

She clarified that the social responsibility policy will be subject to change based on any material changes in the company’s strategy or any obligations to financing entities that may arise on the company in the future.
