Saudi Arabia begins marketing its first issuance of dollar bonds for this year


Saudi Arabia began marketing its first issuance of dollar bonds this year, and the issuance will be in 3 tranches with different terms, according to Bloomberg Agency sources.

The first tranche will be for five years with an initial pricing of 140 basis points over similar US Treasury bonds, the second for ten and a half years with pricing around the level of 170 basis points over US bonds, while the third is for thirty years with a pricing of 210 basis points over US bonds.

The sources did not disclose the expected value of this issue.

It is noteworthy that the last dollar issuance to Saudi Arabia took place last October, with a value of $ 5 billion.
