“Tihama Advertising” receives a notice rejecting the application to appeal the “Competition Authority”

Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Company announced that it had received a notification confirming the decision of the Committee for Adjudication of Competition Law Violations.

The company said in a statement on “Saudi Tadawul”, today, Thursday, that the committee rejected the appeal submitted by the General Authority for Competition during the session held today at the Administrative Court in Riyadh.

She added that the judgment deed will be received later.

She indicated that it is not possible at this stage to determine the financial impact of this case, and any material developments related to this case will be announced.

The General Authority for Competition had filed an appeal before the Administrative Court in Riyadh against the decision of the Committee for Adjudication of Competition Law Violations to dismiss the case against the company.
