Al Rajhi Bank recommends distributing 12.5% ​​cash dividends for the year 2022

The Board of Directors of Al-Rajhi Bank recommended distributing cash dividends to shareholders of 12.5% ​​of the capital (equivalent to 1.25 riyals per share after deducting zakat), as dividends for the fiscal year 2022.

Al-Rajhi Bank stated in a statement on “Tadawul Saudi Arabia”, today, Sunday, that the value of the dividends amounts to 5 billion riyals, distributed over 4 billion shares.

The bank stated that the eligibility date for shareholders who own shares at the end of trading on the day of the bank’s general assembly (which will be determined later) and who are registered in the bank’s shareholder register with the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the date of the assembly.
