The Culinary Arts Authority revealed its participation in the global event for hospitality and food service, the SIRHA 2023 exhibition, which is considered one of the most important international exhibitions, and is scheduled to start next Thursday, January 19 and continue until January 23, in Lyon, France, to highlight and promote the culture of Saudi gastronomy internationally.
