Saudi Fransi Capital has announced the distribution of cash dividends to the unit holders of the Education REIT Fund for the period from the beginning of October 2022 AD to December 31, 2022 AD, with a total of 8.16 million riyals for the number of existing units, on the basis of which cash distributions will be 51 million units.
And the Saudi Fransi Capital company said, in a statement on “Tadawul Saudi Arabia”, that the value of the profit distributed per unit is 0.16 riyals, with a distribution rate of 1.4% of the net asset value, as of June 30, 2022.
The eligibility for cash dividends will be for the unitholders, according to the register of unitholders at the end of January 31, 2023, and the dividends will be paid within 15 working days.
