Appointing Yazid Al-Shathri as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tabuk Cement, and Tariq Al-Anqari as Deputy

Tabuk Cement Company announced the decision of the Board of Directors to appoint Yazid bin Khalid Al-Shathri as Chairman of the Board.

The company said in a statement on “Saudi Tadawul”, today, Thursday, that it was decided to appoint Tariq bin Khalid Al-Anqari as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.

She added that Amal Bint Hussein Reda has been appointed as Secretary of the Board of Directors.

She indicated that the company’s representatives were appointed to the Capital Market Authority and the Saudi Stock Exchange “Tadawul”, namely Tariq bin Khalid Al-Anqari, member of the Board of Directors, and Ali bin Muhammad Al-Qahtani, CEO.

It is noteworthy that the company’s general assembly decided to elect the board of directors for its new session, which starts from January 26, 2023 and ends on January 25, 2026 for a period of 3 years.
