“Al-Moammar” adopts the trademark of “Excellence” and starts establishing two companies

The Board of Directors of Al-Moammar Information Systems “MIS”, in its capacity as the owner of the capital, decided to adopt the MISPAY trademark to be the trademark of Excellence for Application Solutions for Information Technology.

MIS said in a statement on Tadawul Saudi Arabia today, Wednesday, that the Excellence Company for Application Solutions for Information Technology will be MISPay, which is concerned with all services and applications of buy-now-and-pay-later activity, and that its service will be launched upon obtaining the necessary permits from the concerned authorities.

She added that the Board of Directors decided to start the procedures for establishing private companies, a private company dealing with the electronic market (MIShome), and a private company dealing with open banking, whose service will be launched upon obtaining the necessary permits from the concerned authorities.

She noted that the products were previously developed by MIS Forward.
