BATIC Investment and Logistics Company announced its Board of Directors’ decision to agree not to renew the employment contract signed with Abdullah bin Hussein bin Saeed Al Hassan Al-Shahrani, which expires on May 31, 2023, in the position of CEO.
The company said in a statement on “Tadawul Saudi Arabia”, today, Thursday, that the reason for the resignation is due to the company’s desire not to renew the work contract.
She added that the effective date of resignation is June 1, 2023.
