A jury fines Tesla for its financial practices at the California factory

A judge, US District Court, USA, USA, Owen Diaz State Government dismissed the office of The Wall Street Journal and Roy Reuters.

Diaz is a former Black Tesla worker who was accused, regardless of work, of winterizing the workshop from 2015 to 2016. Last year, a jury ruled in favor of Diaz and awarded him $6.9 million in damages, as well as $130 million in punitive damages.

To be precise, he cut the damages awarded to Diaz to $1.5 million from $6.9 million, watching his furnishings termed “excessive,” and he also reduced “unconstitutionally large” punitive damages from $130 million to $13.5 million.
