You can delete the photos, videos and stories that you deleted for you Instagram for you Instagram restore the photos, videos and stories that you deleted, the content you choose deleted from your account is immediately removed and moved to “Recently Deleted”, but keep in mind that deleted messages can be deleted on Instagram.

Recently deleted content will be deleted automatically after 30 days, or up to 24 hours for stories not in your stories archive, during those days, you can access recently deleted content from your Instagram app for Android and iPhone and either restore it or delete it permanently.

If you want to see the visual content, you can follow these steps:

1. Open the Instagram app on your Android or iOS smartphone.

2. Click on your profile picture in the bottom corner to go to your profile.

3. Tap on the “three lines” icon in the upper corner of the screen.

4. From the menu, click on the “Your Activity” option.

5. Tap Recently Deleted.

6. At the top, click on the type of content you want to restore.

7. Click on the photo, video or story you want to restore.

8. Click More options at the top right and then click Restore profile or Restore content to restore the content.
