Zoom plans to shut down Chrome in August, shutting it down from focusing on its other apps, and 9to5Google recently discovered a notice in the Zoom app detailing that trademark please come back to use Chrome PWA (Progressive App) before shutting down the Zoom app for Chromebooks.
“This app will not be officially supported after August 2022. Please use the new Zoom for Chrome PWA to join a party on ChromeOS,” Zoom said in the notice.
