US Federal Trade to question Apple and Google for selling personal data


Four Democratic lawmakers called on the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) to investigate the information on trade data.

A Google spokesperson said the company never sells user data, and said its app store, Google Play, prohibits selling data by developers. Meanwhile, Apple did not respond to registration requests, and the Federal Trade Commission declined to comment.
