Tadawul Saudi Arabia adopts the amended listing rules

Tadawul Saudi Arabia announced the issuance of the Capital Market Authority Board Resolution No. (1-108-2022) on 03/23/1444 AH corresponding to 10/19/2022 AD, which includes the adoption of the amended listing rules.

“Tadawul” said in a statement today, Thursday, that Paragraph (g) of Article 41 of the Listing Rules has been amended, with regard to the expected total market value on the date of listing of all shares required to be listed in the two cases of offering or direct listing in the parallel market.

She indicated that the enforcement of these rules will be from 06/05/1444 AH corresponding to 12/29/2022 AD.
