“Seven” begins the construction of its entertainment destination in Tabuk, with a value exceeding one billion riyals
The Saudi Entertainment Ventures Company “Seven”, wholly owned by the Public Investment Fund, announced the start of construction work for its entertainment destination in Tabuk.
The launch of the project, with a value of more than one billion riyals, came on the sidelines of the company’s participation in the activities of the Municipal Investment Forum “Foras”, sponsored and organized by the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing.
The “Seven” entertainment destination in Tabuk, located on King Faisal Road in the middle of Tabuk Gardens, will be built on an area of 40,000 square meters, with a building area of more than 72,500 square meters, and was designed in the form of a village linked to open community spaces, gardens, parks and sports stadiums, by the company World famous architecture “Gensler”.
Al-Bawani Company Limited, one of the leading national contracting companies in the Kingdom, was chosen to construct the entertainment destination in Tabuk, through an agreement signed at the Municipal Investment Forum “Foras”.
Seven is investing more than 50 billion riyals to build 21 entertainment destinations, in addition to global partnerships within the sector. The company had recently revealed the start of construction for its entertainment destination in Al-Hamra district in Riyadh, while its upcoming projects will be held in 14 cities across the Kingdom: Riyadh, Al-Kharj, Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Jeddah, Taif, Dammam, Al-Khobar, Al-Ahsa, Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah, Yanbu, Abha, Jazan, Buraydah, and Tabuk.
It is noteworthy that the Saudi Entertainment Projects Company “Seven”, wholly owned by the Public Investment Fund, aims to contribute to the development of the entertainment sector, building and operating entertainment destinations and creating an entertainment environment that suits the needs of all segments of Saudi society in accordance with the highest and latest international standards.
