The information indicated that “Gaddafi was transferred yesterday evening to Hotel Dieu Hospital in Ashrafieh after his health deteriorated, and he stayed there for four hours, where he underwent the necessary medical examinations under the supervision of a staff of doctors and nurses.”

Since June 3, Hannibal Gaddafi has continued his open hunger strike, in protest against the Lebanese judiciary’s continued detention of him for 8 years, in a move that would bring his file back to the fore again.

The private information also indicated that “a specialized doctor is supervising the follow-up of treatment for Hannibal Gaddafi inside his cell in the Information Branch of the Internal Security Forces building, and that his condition is stable.”
