Syria confronts hostile targets in Homs countryside…and a missile lands in Israel

The Syrian News Agency (SANA) reported, at dawn on Sunday, that the air defense media are confronting hostile targets in the airspace of Homs countryside.

Simultaneously, the Israeli army said that an anti-aircraft missile was launched from Syria and exploded before it fell in Israel.

According to Israeli press sources, a Russian missile fired from Syria exploded in the sky of Israel, and some of its fragments fell in Rahat, in the south. A huge explosion was heard in most areas of Israel and the West Bank.

Citizens from the Rahat area in the Negev desert circulated pictures of what appears to be the front of the missile that fell at the site.
