Where is Prigogine?.. An old advertisement by Wagner that brings rebellion back to the front

At a time when uncertainty prevails about the situation Wagner Group The Russian Special Armed Forces and its chief, Yevgeny Prigozhin, after the failed rebellion in Russia, its movements remain a focal point.

Old ad

It turned out that the private company published an advertisement on the 22nd of last June and then re-published it again on the 26th, that is, two days after the rebellion, to hire translators in Arabic and French, according to the American website “Site”, which specializes in monitoring extremism on the Internet.

Although it is an old announcement, it has brought attention back to the group’s activities abroad, especially in Syria and many African countries (Sudan, Central African Republic and Mali in particular), which have not apparently been affected so far.

“Translation specialists are required,” the group said on its Telegram channel, in both Arabic and French.

It also offered “decent and respectful financial compensation”, insurance and “the best equipment”, as well as “the opportunity to see the world and have a healthy sunbath”.

However, this talk will not go unnoticed, but rather brought back to the fore the fate of the military group and its leader, who has not yet been decided amidst all the speculations.

Where is Prigogine?

The biggest mystery remains about the future of the group and its status in Russia, and the end of Yevgeny Prigozhin since his rebellion, which lasted less than twenty-four hours on June 23 and 24, before ending it in mysterious circumstances.

It is noteworthy that Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko, who mediated between Prigozhin and Russian President Vladimir Putin on June 27, had confirmed that Wagner’s president was in Belarus, as stipulated in the mediation agreement.

But in the latest development of this strange series, Lukashenko returned and said Thursday that the head of Wagner is currently in Russia.

When asked about the matter, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov replied that Moscow “does not follow” Prigozhin’s movements.
