The Saudi Investment Company recommends distributing 4.5% cash dividends for the second half
The Saudi Investment Bank announced the recommendation of the Board of Directors to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the second half of the fiscal year 2022, with a total amount of 450 million riyals, for a number of dividend-bearing shares amounting to one billion shares.
And the “investment” said in a statement on “Tadawul Saudi Arabia”, today, Sunday, that the share of the share from the distribution amounts to 0.45 riyals after deducting zakat, with a distribution ratio to the nominal share value of 4.5%.
The eligibility shall be for the shareholders who own the shares on the due day and are registered in the bank’s shareholder register with the Securities Depository Center Company “Edaa” at the end of the second trading day following the date of the assembly, which will be announced later. The distribution date will also be announced later.
The Saudi Investment Bank had distributed net cash profits of 300 million riyals for the first half of the fiscal year 2022 AD to shareholders registered in the bank’s records with the Securities Depository Center Company “Edaa” at the end of the second trading day following the maturity date corresponding to July 31, 2022 AD, at 0.30 riyals per share. , which represents 3% of the nominal value of the share.
Thus, the total net profits distributed for the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2022 AD will amount to 750 million riyals, at 0.75 riyals per share, which represents 7.5% of the nominal value of the share.
