New statue of the first woman in space



US aviation unveiled a statue of the late NASA astronaut during a ceremony attended by local officials and school children in the area, where a memorial to Sally Ride, the first American woman to fly into space, was announced at the facade of the Long Island Beach Museum and Astronomy.
