Equipment House signs a credit facilities agreement with Alinma Bank for 265 million riyals

The Medical and Scientific Equipment House Company announced the signing of a credit facilities agreement with “Alinma Bank”, at a value of 265 million Saudi riyals, in compliance with the provisions of Islamic Sharia.

The company said in a statement on “Saudi Tadawul”, today, Wednesday, that the guarantees provided in exchange for financing include the assignment of contract proceeds in addition to promissory notes.

She explained that financing is for the general purposes of the company (new projects), including financing working capital, and avoiding any restrictions on liquidity.

She added that financing is available until September 30, 2023.
